well here we go again...Def gained too much over Christmas but I will lose it. I'm determined to reach 120 by April and my goal by june. I CAN DO IT!!!!
66.5 kg Lost so far: 35.2 kg.    Still to go: 12.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
