Lost more weight than expected -- would it be because I weighed myself in the morning? Also, I purchased a more precise scale for home. My appointment with the nurse at Pro Energy is next week.
I am also expecting to start my period any other day now (like tomorrow or Monday), so this measure might be a fluke. But that's OK, it is still weight loss!
