I got a new scale for Christmas. The old one never gave me the same weight twice so I would step on it 3 times and average them. The new one is a digital with 4 weight cells so it should be simpler and quicker and more consistent.
104.3 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 29.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
