I'm blaming the I.V. I was given yesterday in the hospital. All that extra salt wasn't my doing!! Oh, wait, we ate out too....

98.8 kg Lost so far: 25.5 kg. Still to go: 3.1 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 3.2 kg a Week

Anytime I'm in the hospital with an IV my weight shoots up!
