Frustrated with what is always true with me. If I adhere to my diet absolutely, drink lots of water, and do lots of exercise::::: weight gain! Man I hate it. But that usually means that the next day or so I will loose 1-2 pounds. So I hope this is the case today also.
60.6 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing weight is a cumulative effort. Things we do this week, may not show up till next week. The most important thing is to stay persistent. you are going great!

I think it is collective that we would like to see it.... hmmm, well think of it this way, aleast you KNOW with your efforts you do have something good coming your way soon! I bet you are building muscles as well! Which is always good for your metabolism and helps burn more fat ;o)

true my thighs haven't lost any inches, but they are definitely toning. I just want to reach my silly goal!
