I need to decrease food intake to below 1900 calories. I'm generally active but need to get to the gym more. I'm to busy or to tired are my excuses. This should not be, I'm retired.
76.2 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
