Much better. I think my digital scale must have been having a "moment" last week.
64.4 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Digital scale-That's what I have, sometimes they drive me nuts, a couple times I had to reset battery

Never thought of trying that! The next time it gives me a wonkey weight, I'll try it to see if it makes a difference.
