A shaky start but a start non the less. I got in some stretching exercise in yesterday. I did pretty well until after dinner. My biggest struggle is stopping eating after dinner. The good thing is that I believe everything (not healthy)is now out of the house! I must remember, what really helped last time I lost a lot of weight was planning my meals ahead, that way I could monitor what I ate better. k.
