Scale started to move - right direction.
NO to Sugary items. If its sweet its NO NO
NO to heavy carbs, Bread, pastry, Reduce meat.
Yes to fish - olive oil - fresh veg + Fruit.
93 kg Lost so far: 4 kg.    Still to go: 8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week
