Always a good day when the scale goes down.
I wrote that I had popcorn chicken yesterday but then I ate at this restaurant called Cafe Rio. I had a grilled steak burrito. I regretted it afterward but it's done with so what can I do. Went down 2 lbs after my walk though. I walked an extra mile 1) because I felt bad for eating that burrito, 2) I have to get my mileage in to beat Bocalvr, and 3) I probably won't be using my pedometer to measure anymore distance today.
Today's walk;
