That's much better! Hooray!
Resist temptation! Make sure you drink your water! After a disappointing loss last week, I strove to make sure I was drinking my water and I had much more success this week!
125.4 kg Lost so far: 10.7 kg.    Still to go: 52.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
