Just doing the plan. it gets easier every day. CAT scan went good. They don't know what is causing this occasional sudden pain under my ribs. Right now I am just going to try to get through this week. Husband is having gallbladder surgery Friday. One stone is the size of a golf ball. He has been on a bland diet and I am on my low carb diet--opposites. It has been funny fixing meals around here. He has potatoes and noodles while I have meat and veggies. He has lost 10 lbs just because he is afraid to eat, everything hurts later. If only I could lose so easily. It has always been that way. whenever He wanted to lose 15 lbs he just lost it by not eating much. 2 weeks later it was gone. I admit it, I am jealous. But not of the gall stones for sure. I hate to see him suffer. He's such a good man.
