I did an early weigh in just see how the week was going. Not too bad so far. It's funny, I didn't think I did too bad overall last week. I weighed in 4 pounds heavier, which is not what I expected. With this quick weigh in less than a week later down almost 8. I just don't get it.
138.3 kg Lost so far: 30.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I'm sure it will be the last nice weekend of the year. I'm going to use that time to clean up all the leaves in my yard. I'm sure you know what it's like....

I live in a tiny apartment.... well not so tiny but no yard for me to clean... so I'll enjoy the football game tonight with Yankton.... and sneak in a cocktail... it isn't in my diet, but better than ordering the large pizza that I really want to do to celebrate football tonight!!! Be in touch... nice to have a new friend so close!!
