Oh happy day. I have finally gotten below 170 lbs. It has been AGES since I have been this low. I am Happy, happy, happy. It took forever for the scale to start moving again.
76.4 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 15.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
