Starting the Walk, Jog & Lose to 5K challenge today. Really looking forward to it. Hardest part to starting out is keeping from overdoing it. Seems so easy to walk for 30 minutes. But, I know from experience, that unless I am already jogging on a regular basis, this walking will build the base that will dictate either future victory or defeat. I choose victory! December 15th will come at the same time this year as it did last year; rushing my training program will not make it get here any earlier, and could actually cause me to miss the boat when it does. Many people have used only walking to achieve huge weight loss, and get in wonderful shape. I just happen to enjoy that rush I get when I am able to run for miles and still walk to my car and drive home.

Walked for 30 minutes - 15 easy & 15 moderately aerobic. Feeling good. Got to keep it up.

Ate some wholesome hamburger helper and cucumbers and onions. What a great country!
107.0 kg Lost so far: 8.4 kg.    Still to go: 20.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
