After a very big dinner last night and my body not exactly processing food very well this was fairly to be expected.

Not worried as I feel great and my clothes are fitting much better. Its strange how your body can feel leaner and better but the scale be worse.

53.6 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Don't rely on the scale as a health indicator. If I had 0% fat on my body, I'd still be obese according to the scale.
