I'm very optimistic that my adding more fiber into my diet is working. I've never eaten so much pinto beans and califlower. It really works as far as I'm not starving.
62.1 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
