So, I lost a good chunk of weight again since yesterday - just as I "always do" on Saturday mornings. However, because of my messed up weekend and because of me being sick (I assume) I did not reach my goal of being under 91.4 kgs. That's fine. I am okay with this - I've had so few weeks where I do NOT reach my goals so this once is fine. :) Today is my spike day, so tomorrow I will most certainly have gained weight again - it's expected. I just hope I will shed it and more before NEXT Saturday. As usually during the weekends, I will not be journaling a whole lot. We have visitors coming, so we are preparing food and watching tv-shows. Life is good.
