Yesterday was "rest" day, except for 20" upper body exercises with weights. Good energy and focus all day. Weight dropped this morning... lowest so far.:)
61.9 kg Lost so far: 8.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
