Still staying flat, which is better than it going up but not as good as if it would go down of course. TOM is slowly starting, so guess I just need to ride out this storm and see where I am in the next couple of weeks. Not a biggie.

I'm starting to just accept where I am and just hope it goes down. I've massively improved my intermittent fasting to 22:2, this works really well for me. I tried 23:1 but just all that food in such a small window was too much for me. SO I think the 2-3 hour window is better for me - it means I can have something smaller to open the fast and then have a proper meal. My stomach seems to handle that better.
53.8 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
