I messed up the date for yesterday (entered it today). Today was a 1.2# drop.

Now to finally get caught up for today, before heading off to work.....

It seems that something FINALLY "moved"!!!

If I'm guessing correctly, I think I need to go back to a few of my meals each week containing cooked bell peppers, garlic & onions. Moving started again after eating that. I took a break from them a while back and things came to a stand still....
95.6 kg Lost so far: 28.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.2 kg a Week
