Last couple of days my weight has gone a bit upsy,downsy as always...

Riding out PMS, fixed at minimum 20+ hours of intermittent fasting to control eating and let my body process foods. Hoping that soon it'll go back down.
53.8 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
