hmm... little dip up but feel that this is PMS/water weight related as well. Haven't been well hydrated at all - especially yesterday. Feeling quite swollen especially around my feet - thats my normal "ugh oh, PMS is swelling you" sign.

54.2 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
