Don't know how I lost a pound with mini snickers in the house lol. Haven't been eating as much with everything going on which is a good thing. When I do eat I still put veggies (broccoli, peppers etc.) on my plate. I've been looking for a 2nd shift job. Hope someone calls soon.
66.6 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week

Good luck with having temptation around and resisting. We are coming into they hard months, the holiday season, where the average person I hear gains 8 lbs while we're trying to loose. It starts with the Halloween candy and escalates from there, I wish us both good luck and stay strong.

Well I don't do Halloween or Christmas but I do like the candy etc.. LOL The thing is moderation and it's hard but if I get my mind on something else then that helps. I try to eat a lot of fiber to fill me up like a flaxseed muffin in the mornings. You stay strong too.
