We went to Howl-O-Scream on Friday and that was my free food day of the month. I didn't record Saturday or Sunday but I did keep it under 20 carbs.
91.7 kg Lost so far: 21.2 kg.    Still to go: 37.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
