a pretty small but encouraging drip in my weight. at least it's doing the right thing and heading in the right direction.

I've upped my intermittent fasting to around 19-20 hours and closing my food gap to trigger more efficient ketosis.
53.9 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
