I was all motivated today. Made my tuna with avacado for lunch. Guess What? Girlfriend calls and says meet me at Valle Luna for lunch....no way could I turn that down. I'm trying to keep those calories down and let me tell you eating Mexican food doesn't make it easy.

I'm trying to do more exercise so I'll do my hot yoga today to work it off. I read an article that doing a net -500 calories a day could mean losing 1-2 pounds a week. Soemthing has got to work, because I am stuck.
