Same as yesterday, but only very small traces of ketosis this morning. Hopefully I will break this 58 Kg plateaus during the coming long weekend. Maybe with more exercising and walks.
58.7 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
