This morning I had a range between 0.5 and 1.5 traces of ketosis. I had only a small amount of B12 injection yesterday but I spent some time in the gym at least. I feel starving this morning!
58.7 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
