Finally got back on the scale. Bad news but what could I have expected. My eating is out of control again. I just eat way to much and I even know it while I'm eating that I shouldn't be doing it but I do. What the hell is wrong with me? I have got to make this a priority in my life - getting down to a healthy weight. Going to wrestle back control and get healthy! No more stress eating! No more comfort eating! Eat when I'm hungry and eat healthy! Oh wish me luck.
