Wow anther good loss so excited and surprised! I have a big event next Saturday and I wanted to be in the 180's and I made it. Feels really good to accomplish a goal.

Next goal is I want to get my legs thin enough to ski this summer. I get swelling in my legs from bad veins and hopefully the weigh loss will help with it.
85.3 kg Lost so far: 25.9 kg.    Still to go: 21.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
