Oops...

Had an amazing dinner out last night but wow... it was salty! I woke up through the night with a dry mouth and my body was clearly suffering. I woke up this morning with a massive stomach ache which I can still feel.

So no real surprise that the scale was off... to be fair I expected far worse.
Combine PMS,salty food and lack of sleep - nothing good comes from that combination.
54.5 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
