considering I had a very clean eating week and day yesterday I'm lead to believe that this all could just be down to woman horemones.

it's pms time again and normally my weight shoots up. so will just ride this out till post Tom again.
53.4 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
