So I've decided to get serious with my health. I've never been really over weight and I feel comfortable in my body, but I want to be healthier in all aspect of my life right now.I'm just feeling a lot of things now and looking at my life differently, so I am no longer "trying" to get healthy for some instant weight loss results.
I have realised that I have to completely change my attitude and relationship with food and exercise so that I may live MY best and healthiest life. I will no longer be weighing myself for the next few months and incessantly focusing on weight loss, I want to ultimately feel good so, what my weight will be is going to be irrelevant for now. So that is it, I'm making healthier and happier choices so that I will look good for ME and no one else, because I am what matters most right now.
