I think it's going to take me a bit to get use to my new schedule. It is affecting my "movements" big time already.
I actually start the new shift tonight so maybe being at work will make the difference and my body will figure it all out.
Last time I did this shift, I was eating what I wanted, when I wanted and that made it easier but look where I ended up doing that.
