Been a really good week. I can openly admit I had one cheat, 1 beef samoosa - but it had mince in it and put extra time in the gym, so think it has been worked off by now.

Been a very good week. Detox headache has finally gone and dropped 2kg in 5 days. I Like!

Now the weekend - the plan is to do Brick work. Saturday is Running and Swimming (and finally take my new bicycle out for a ride). Sunday is another Swim and Ride session.

Hubby super supportive and already planning my meals. He's already got the cauliflower rice with curry - how sweet hey.

Well done. The weekends I really battle with eat wise, as we usually socialize, so can't be picky when eating/going for a braai at friends. Can only try eat whatever healthy they have to offer, or take my own!

Well done! I'm getting depressed just thinking about the weekend ahead! I can never stick to my eating plan over weekends!

The trick is to make sure you start your day eating right, have your snacks packed and ready for the day, and the hard part is making the right choices with your family. Get everyone involved in the new lifestyle, it makes the journey a whole lot easier. Also try and eating before you go and socialise. Eat your meal, it will limit you from eating wrong with friends - especially that bowl of chips of the table. Drink choices - go with your vodka or glass of wine. Drink a lot of ice and water.
