Planning these meals have definitely been a task. Besides the detox headache, all the yummy food, I'm starting to understand the importance of eating a lot during the day, and little at night. I do wake up hungry, so rush to get to my meals.

Probably being very optimistic with the quick kg drop on the scale, but will see the official weigh in on Monday to see some progress.

Not doing a high carb day this week, want to continue with an average of 400g loss a day.

Increased my training to 90 minutes. Making sure I combine both the cardio and strength. Did shoulders last night - can't help but perv.
90.7 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 15.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
