I have gained 4kg by going off my weight loss journey for a week. During the last week I consumed anything and everything without any form of control. This actually makes me realize just how effective the Fast Days in my 5:2(4:3) Fast Diet was in making me lose weight even when I over consumed. Today I get back onto my 4:3 Fast Diet so let's see how much of that 4kg weight gain can be countered in the next week :)
