Not too bad of a woosh! down to 54 flat which is 700 grams down vs yesterday. Considering thats the size/weight of two giant steaks I'm pretty happy.

Eating yesterday was clean, no cheats or sneaks. Pretty much everything got weighed in except a few cherry tomatoes. Overall I'm satisfied.

I still need to get down two kilos which is still fairly a lot to get back to my best weight so far. It seems to hold at 52 is a bit of a struggle, but I don't mind the hard work. So will just keep up what I'm doing now and wait this through. TOM is due next week so I'm at PMS now, this is never a good time for my body anyway.

54 kg Lost so far: 1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
