A TERRIBLE weigh in, but not totally unexpected. Since my weight has been all over the block I decided on Sunday to rejolt my system. I had an eating day, and at dinner carbed up slightly - limited to what was about 2 slices of bread and a sugar cookie. Just enough to knock me out of keto.

So now its getting myself back on track again.
Whats not helping is the fact that I'm mid cycle so weight is always bad around this time + stress. So going to drink loads of water to flush my body + keep away from salts.

I'm starting a mild egg fast, keeping my calories intentionally very low + net carbs as well. Basically put my body through feast to famine. Then gradually add foods and increase my calories.

If this doesn't work... well then I'm at a total loss.
54.7 kg Lost so far: 0.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
