Since I've been on a "diet" for about 6 months, this is my lowest weight. I think this website and recording everything I eat really helps. I'm doing pretty well about keeping my calories in check, but I would really like to do better about keep my calories balanced. I'm shooting for 30% protein, 20% fat, and 50% carbs. I always end up eating too many carbs and not enough protein.
59.5 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 2.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
