Ate more today then I have been lately in a days time, but I still managed to keep it right under 2,000 calories for the day so I'm still proud of myself and my weight is still dropping so that makes me super excited. :)
87.1 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you so much. It has been hard to stay within the limits but I'm fighting to stay strong. The weekends always throw me off. I have got to record everything still and weigh in. Hoping all still looks good.
