This is a slow process. I need to find more time and energy to exercise. I'm keeping my calories at 1600 a day, however, I'm so tired. I need to kick up my energy level.
62.1 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
