Well that's a first! I actually lost a pound while I was on my quilt retreat! Usually there are sooooo many sweets, carbs, late hours of sewing, no exercise and did I mention lots of sweets! This time I actually was sewing so much I didn't feel very hungry. We ate lots of salads, and just drank lots of water. I had a great time, and feel recharged. I already started off my morning with a protein drink. I'm heading to the grocery store now to restock my fridge with healthy foods. I'll post again later, K.
