95.5kg start 7.8.15 TODAY 27.8.15 exactly 20 days and I am 90.4kg that's 5.1kg!!!!!! Eating the most sumptuous roast turkey dinner with a potato, a piece of pumpkin & a paddle of Brussel sprouts topped with piping hot gravy. My body appears to be so grateful for the nourishing food, Whey shakes, water & exercise that things are really going to plan. Happy me 😃
90.4 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 30.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
