This is the beginning of my third day of my lifestyle change. I woke up this morning feeling pretty decent. I've cut out the late night snacking and I think this is why I'm feeling better already! I also got a couple more hours of sleep which is also a factor in why I feel so much better. Now I just need to keep it up and not backtrack.
122.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 31.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
