Oh my I've cracked another kg!!! .... I'm under 91kg!!!!!
Start 95.5kg minus 4.7kg's = 90.8kg's ~ 4.7kg's lost in just shy of three weeks ~ I am working really hard with my commitment & dedication to stripping as much weight off as I can for my son's 40th birthday on 9th November but also to regain my muscle & joint strength back to control my Osteoarthritis, the weakness in my lungs, the Scoliosis & the Empasyma ~ if I can remain as dedicated as I have been till now and only lose at the rate of 1kg per week I will in total have lost 15kg and should be feeling terrific & hopefully not having to use my walking stick 👍🏽
90.8 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 30.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
