Overate last night and was prepared for a weight gain this morning. Couldn't believe that I actually lost a 1/2 pound! Almost had a mini binge before bed because I was feeling bloated and guilty but held fast and was rewarded this morning.
57.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
