WooHoo I have officially lost 4 kg today ..... Am enjoying my regular Hi Protein Whey smoothie drinks twice daily with fruit, Chai seeds, mixed raw nuts & various other lovelies in them.
Been loving my Salmon, Bacon & Eggs & lovely fresh fruit snacks.
A big glass of water with Chlorophyll mixed in prior to every meal is working wonders on me and I really feel like I could live this way always ~ never hungry ~ just quietly grazing & enjoying assembling my meals & smoothies knowing they're going
to taste good 😍
91.5 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 31.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
