Well finally a weight loss! I have been on vacation and doing the diet pretty well but I was walking a lot all week because we were in NYC so I guess that is what I need to do going forward.
My new goal is 180 by Oct 3. Also my arms are very flabby now and I need to tone them hopefully it can look better by the 3rd too.
